Lessons

What your child walks away with.

Every lesson is one coach and one child. Here's what that buys you — not a syllabus, but a result.

First lessons · Ages 3+

Water confidence

For toddlers and first-timers — including kids who cried through group classes. Breath control, floating, and moving in water without panic, built up gently and never forced.

The outcome: a child who gets in the pool willingly — and asks to come back.

Learn-to-swim · SwimSafer path

Real swimming, certified

The full journey from first strokes to swimming independently, mapped to Singapore's SwimSafer stages. Survival skills first, technique alongside, certificates when they're truly earned.

The outcome: a child who could fall into water — and get themselves out.

Stroke correction

Smoother, faster, further

For kids who can swim but fight the water. Our senior coaches rebuild technique stroke by stroke — catch, kick, breathing, timing — with feedback clear enough for a child to act on.

The outcome: longer distances with less effort, ready for squad or school-team tryouts.

Special needs

A coach who adapts to your child

Three of our coaches specialise in special-needs learners. Consistent routines, sensory-aware pacing, the same familiar face every week — and progress measured against your child, nobody else.

The outcome: water time your child looks forward to, not a weekly battle.

We also teach adults, including complete beginners, and we can teach at your own condo pool.

How it works

Three steps, no pressure at any of them.

01

Tell us about your child

Two minutes on the form below — age, comfort level, when you'd like to swim, and which pool suits you. We reply within one business day.

02

Meet your coach at a trial

We match a coach to your child's age, temperament and goals — then book a trial at your pool so you can watch how they work together.

03

Same coach, same slot, weekly

Continue in small blocks of lessons — no long contracts, 24-hour rescheduling, and an honest progress note after every lesson.

Why parents choose us

The things that actually matter when it's your child in the water.

Rescue-trained, not just swim-trained

Lifesaving certifications (LS 1–3, Bronze Medallion and beyond) and CPR + AED training run right through the team. The person next to your child in the water is qualified for the moment you hope never comes.

Certified to teach, not just to swim

Being a strong swimmer doesn't make someone a good teacher of children. Our coaches hold AustSwim, SSI and ASCA teaching certifications — current ones, earned between 2017 and 2026, not laminated relics.

The same coach, every single week

No rotating instructors. Your child keeps one coach who learns their fears, keeps notes, tracks progress — and tells you the truth about it after every lesson, including "not yet".

Your pool, not ours

Lessons at your condo pool, or a public pool near you — wherever in Singapore you are. A familiar pool close to home means a calmer child, and no dragging a tired kid across the island after school.

FAQ

The questions every parent asks first.

My child is scared of water — or cried through group classes. Will this actually work?

This is most of our enquiries, honestly. Group classes fail fearful kids because the queue keeps moving whether they're ready or not. In a private lesson there is no queue — the first sessions are about trust and play, not laps, and your child's coach never forces a step they're not ready for.

It's slower for the first couple of weeks and dramatically faster after that. Most kids who "hated swimming" just hated being rushed.

What age should my child start?

We take toddlers from around age 3 (with a parent close by at first) and kids of any age after that. There's no "too late" — a nervous nine-year-old beginner is completely normal and catches up quickly one-to-one. Several of our coaches also teach teens and adults, so if you'd quietly like to learn too, ask.

Where and when do lessons happen?

At your condo pool, or a public pool near you — we cover most of Singapore, and we'll tell you straight if we can't reach you. Slots run weekday afternoons and evenings, plus weekends. You keep the same slot and the same coach every week, which matters more to a child's progress than most parents expect.

How much does it cost, and am I locked into anything?

Rates depend on location and how often you swim, so we quote you exactly — in writing, before you commit to anything. After the trial you continue in small blocks of lessons: no long-term contracts, no auto-renew, siblings can share a block, and lessons reschedule free with 24 hours' notice.

And if we don't think private lessons are the right fit for your child, we'll tell you so at the trial.

How long before my child can actually swim?

The honest answer: it depends on your child, their starting point, and how often they're in the water. Water confidence usually comes within the first handful of lessons; swimming independently and passing SwimSafer stages takes months, not weeks — anyone who promises otherwise is selling something.

What we can promise: after the trial, your coach gives you a straight assessment of where your child is and a realistic path forward. Then a progress note after every single lesson, so you're never guessing.

Areas we cover

Private swim lessons across Singapore.

Your coach comes to your condo pool, or meets you at a public pool near home. If your estate isn’t listed, ask — we’ll tell you straight whether we can reach you.

Before you book

What you're actually committing to.

The awkward questions, answered before you have to ask them.

You see the price in writing first

We quote your family a rate before anything is booked — based on your pool, your lesson length and how often you swim. Nothing starts until you’ve seen that number and said yes.

You pay per block, never upfront

There are no packages to buy in advance and no joining fee. Lessons are paid in small blocks as you go, so you are never holding a balance with us.

Plans change — that’s fine

Reschedule any lesson with 24 hours’ notice and it moves, not disappears. There is no contract and no notice period: when you want to stop, you stop.

Our promise: start with a single trial lesson and watch it from the poolside yourself. If it isn’t the right coach for your child, tell us and we’ll match you with a different one — or you simply don’t continue. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to claim back.
